It was one of the worst services that I had ever experienced. Ordered drinks and appetizers and the appetizers came out before the drinks. Had to ask for silverware. The waitress acted as if she had no care in the world of providing any type of service. When we asked for refills it took about 20 minutes, that includes our waitress walking by the table numerous times saying that she would be right back with our drinks. After we finished eating we asked for the check and had to wait another 20 minutes for that. In total we were there for a little over a hour and a half and it wasn't even busy. That will be the last time I ever eat there.
I loved their food and I don't care if they don't give it in on time I just come up in there eat and good place and I always love TGI Fridays and the Employees try their beat to get things right and I had the best experience yesterday night and love the food
Terrible service, which i definitely don't think is the server's fault. Four tables in a row, all of us waiting for something. Not sure if they are understaffed, but something needs to be done.
Honestly I don’t ever leave reviews but this place is garbage. I used to come here when I was younger and it was awesome. Food was great, service was great. Everyone was friendly. But within the past handful of times I’ve been here it was terrible. 2 times I, along with other customers, were ignored by the wait staff. They kept looking at us and proceeded to turn their heads. So we all walked out. Another time I went there with a friend and the waitress took forever to give us the check, never asked us for refills, or if the food came out okay. And no, they weren’t busy. Now this time I decided to give it one last shot. I orders some stuff to go. When I came in the one waitress came over, rolling her eyes. I told her I placed an order online. She then mumbled telling me to go to the bar and walked away. I got my food, but my drink wasn’t there. I asked the bartender and he asked the waitress who came up to me originally and asked her to get me my drink. She got me my drink and put it in the smallest little plastic cup, proceeded to role her eyes again at the bartender and at me, and walked away. So not only was picking up my food annoying but when I got back to my job the broccoli I had ordered was brown and mushy. Gross and totally will not be eating here again. Just wanted to let people know and management know that this place is garbage and is in need of help. If I could give zero stars I would.
This is a place I have come to for years and have had amazing service however my time back I seen that they upgrade, NICE however the food service horrible...I only order a salad and two appetizers and it's been way over 20 mins. The waitress haven't checked on us since and on top of it, It's FRIDAY.
