OMG...I don't even know where to begin! Took too long to be waited on... the ketchup counter dirty...the soda area - dirty...water leaking from the ice machine and was all around the floor area...I wanted the apple crisp, but they didn't have any...I asked for a chocolate milk shake, but they ran out...I needed to use the restroom, but with the main area being untidy, I refused to take my chances of being grossed out! The only plus is the curly fries were tasty.
There is no excuses for the floor to be greasy
Not very clean. Soda machine was out. Tasted like seltzer. Onion rings were burnt.
Management must address cleanliness of store during normal business hours.

Good food at a good price. Favorite Arby’s in the area. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Easy to park with good access from Rt 22.
It is a great place to eat. The food is excellent.
I love Arbys and want to be able to feel safe eating there.

There was a few drive thru orders being processed. But management must address these issues as they arrive
