The store is always a mess, and more recently was met by a completely discourteous associate when I tried to return an item within the guidelines of the return policy.
Horrible salon experience. My stylist Nicole seemed off and distracted. I walked out with the worst haircut of my life. My toddler could have cut straighter hair. I asked for hair all one length that could still be tied back.. what I got is an uneven short hack job.
I love this ulta all the workers smile and greet me I came in here yesterday to redeem my birthday gift the girl raven there was so sweet to me and another girl there I forgot her name but she has dirty blonde hair she to was so kind to me

I went to Ulta yesterday to have my make up done for my baby shower. Nicole did my make up and I absolutely loved it! I felt so beautiful and received so many compliments! Even as I was leaving the store! I cannot thank you enough for making me feel so pretty on my special day!
